Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) for the Bundle of 5 Ebooks with Resale Rights

Preamble

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as « T&C ») are entered into between Mathilde LUDWIG EI, with its registered office at 26 avenue Raymond Manaud, 33520 BRUGES, France, registered under the SIREN number 878 175 652 (hereinafter referred to as « the Seller ») and any natural or legal person who purchases digital products offered for sale by the Seller on the website mathilde-ludwig.fr (hereinafter referred to as « the Buyer »).

Article 1 – Purpose

These T&C determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of digital products, namely a bundle of 5 ebooks with resale rights, offered by the Seller.

Article 2 – Products

The bundle for sale includes 5 ebooks in PDF format and Canva link for customization. These products are intended to be used in accordance with the specified resale rights. The ebooks are described and presented with the greatest accuracy possible.

Article 3 – Price

The price of the bundle is set at 90$. This price is firm and non-negotiable after the conclusion of the sale.

Article 4 – Sales Process

The sale takes place exclusively on the website mathilde-ludwig.fr via a payment form linked to Stripe. After payment confirmation, customers will receive the download links by email within 24 hours.

Article 5 – Resale Rights

The Buyer is authorized to resell one or more ebooks provided that the title of the product is changed and the design of the ebooks is completely reworked (colors, typography, etc.). The content may also be modified. There is no limit to the number of resales by a Buyer. However, it is strictly forbidden to redistribute the original Canva links provided by the Seller.

Article 6 – Refund Policy

No refunds will be offered after purchase, given the digital nature of the products.

Article 7 – Data Protection

Personal information collected during the sale is used only for payment, billing, and automatic subscription to the Seller’s newsletter. Buyers may unsubscribe at any time. This data is protected and will not be communicated to third parties.

Article 8 – Limitation of Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for the use that the Buyer makes of the ebooks. The Buyer agrees to respect the resale rights and not to infringe on copyright.

Article 9 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are subject to French legislation. In the event of a dispute, the commercial court shall have jurisdiction.

Article 10 – Modifications to the T&C

The Seller reserves the right to modify the T&C at any time. The update date will be clearly indicated on the T&C page on the Seller’s website.
